We will never deny you service, charge a different price, or give you a lesser level of rewards for exercising a privacy right.
How to submit a request
Email info@roadsideoasis.com with the subject line "California privacy request", call 1-833-776-2747, or use our contact form. You may also write to us at P.O. Box 1958, Corona, CA 92878. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where permitted.
Verifying your request
To protect your account, we match the information in your request — such as the name and 10-digit phone number tied to your rewards card — against our records before we act on it. We use that information only to verify the request.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you. We may still contact you directly to confirm the agent's authority.
Opt-out preference signals
We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). When your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no additional action is required from you.
Financial incentive notice
Roadside Oasis Rewards is a free loyalty program. Enrolling requires your name and a 10-digit phone number so we can track points earned on qualifying diesel and DEF purchases and apply them at the register. The value of the program to us is approximately equal to the cost of the rewards issued. You may withdraw at any time by contacting us — you keep the same fuel prices either way.
